Supported Housing Staff are recruited and trained to support service users by providing a responsive and sensitive supported housing management service through an agreed individual support plan.
Staff are experienced and trained to provide practical help and advice with: -

- Budgeting and paying utility bills
- Health issues
- Resolving tenants disputes
- Arrears Management
- Dealing with repairs
- Employment, training and education
- Refugees
- Resettlement
- Discovering and developing independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and shopping
- Linking up tenants with appropriate agencies that meet their identified needs
- Tenancy Management
